Scissors and Sinners Barbershop Owner, Melissa Burgess, wanted to honor and preserve the tradition of the old style barbershop while providing excellent services that go beyond just the scissors. Scissors & Sinners goal is to provide services without the fluff of the common high-end salon, while still providing high-end quality and personal attention.
