Is the keywords in title tag and meta tag are counted in keyword density?

Yep!! Try to minimize the keyword density for title tag and for meta tag. Don't repeat keywords in title tar or in meta tag.

Yes, Keyword density count in Meta Title and Description. It is count in websites body content. It should not more than 2-3% in whole content.

Yes, why because the keyword density score for a page is essentially calculated looking at how many times a specific key-phrase is repeated in a document.

No Title and meta not count in keyword density . Keyword density is basically how many times your targeted keyword appears in your body content.

Keyword density is the percentage of times a keyword or phrase appears on a web page compared to the total number of words on the page.
