I heard this word horse shoe and I saw that it is related to SEO. But, I do not get the word ‘horse shoe method’. What is it? And how it cab be used in SEO?

Horse Shoe is another method of link building. It is one type of link wheel in which all links are connected in a sequence and last link is not connected to first link.

Horse Shoe is another way one way link building. Link bait is content, which is particularly attractive to other web-masters, so they will probably link to it. One example is the experience or hooks humour, useful applications or programs that are unique to your site, or any unique content that cannot be found elsewhere.
