If you want to perform country specific local seo then submit the local business listing, generate local site backlinks through web 2.0 sites, guest posting sites, bookmarking etc. It will help you to generat country specific backlinks which will help you to achieve the ranking and traffic.

to do country specific SEO you need to to follow the steps:
1. list your business on google my business
2. then check out the competitors website to get some informaton as how they are developing thier website
3. track the backlinks of competitor
4. use a proper keyword
5. submit your website on google search console and index it time to time
