I think yes, but it is not so popular as in Google. Yahoo is losing its positions with every day coming and they seem not to worry about it.

Think so, and do agree with melissacatwalk that it's blog service is not popular as Google's, and they are not even thinking about their losing posing position day by day.

If you want to get more backlinks, I guess you should use Yahoo blog service 'since still there are many people who use yahoo more than Google.
