Payment and Return Policy
1. Purchases and Payments Policy
Only USD (United States Dollar) transactions will be accepted. PAKADTRADER.COM "Pak Ad Trader" will not pay any fees associated with foreign financial transactions or dollar exchange rates. Transactions occurring such exchange or transaction fees will be rejected. Purchaser must calculate and exchange currency prior to payment to PakAdTrader.
All payments are due at time of purchase. All payment transactions are verified prior to acceptance and inclusion in PakAdTrader Directory. Incomplete or failed payment processes will result in rejection and/or removal of Submission. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction. Partial payments are not accepted.
Past Due Payments
Billing invoices and notifications are sent to Account Holder, via Account Holder email address and information Account Holder provided at time of purchase, prior to expiration due date and are due upon receipt of invoice. Past Due accounts and accounts awaiting payment will be marked as Pending(Taken off line) and remain in Pending status for up to 5(five) days after expiration of Submission Term. Past due Accounts will be deleted at 12:00 PM PST, 15(fifteen)days after due date. Subscription Account Holders will be billed automatically. Account Holders make sure all of your billing and account information is current. Failed Subscription Renewal transactions or Insufficient Funds transactions will be treated as past due Accounts and the same Past Due Policies apply.
Acceptable Methods of Payment
For online sales all total amounts we accept (AlertPay) only. For off line sales and special marketing PakAdTrader Directory accepts checks, western union, Wire transfers and money orders.
Personal or Business Checks
PakAdTrader will hold all items paid for with a personal or business check for 10 days after the date of deposit. If you need your item(s) approved or available sooner, please choose (AlertPay) for your payment method. There is a $30 returned check fee on all returned checks.
2. Return Policy
Purchased Products and/or Services, Website Submissions, Business Submissions, Article Submissions, Advertisement, Classified Ads and Advertisements known as ("Submissions") available at PakAdTrader are Non Refundable. Under No circumstance will PakAdTrader grant any return or refund of funds, purchase price in whole or in part to User/Account Holder for Submission(s) once said Submission(s) is/are accepted into PakAdTrader Directory.
Rejected Submission Refunds
Submission(s) rejected by PakAdTrader will be granted a 100% full refund once verification of funds availability has been proven from User/Account Holders originating purchase. This process can take up to 10(ten) business days or less. Refunds to purchases made with personal check, business check, money order or cashiers check may take longer depending on purchase deposits clearing PakAdTrader's Bank. . PakAdTrader will make the utmost effort to refund the purchase price as soon as possible. If funds from originating purchase have NOT been verified, transferred, accepted or other wise proven by User/Account Holder or PakAdTrader there will be NO refund.
