Do you think online marketing (virtual shopping/e-shopping) will reach its full potential in 20 years from now? I mean for sure it will be so cost effective, but will virtual shopping actually eliminate the real stores and you can buy anything online? Letís say imagine you can buy a new perfume over the web and being able to smell each one before you make your purchase! How do you feel if you donít see Target, Best Buy or Old Navy stores anymore?

it can never replace shopping in real stores, because it is still better to see the actual item prior to buying it. But E-marketing can get better through the years as more and more people prefer shopping online, especially electronic/gaming gadgets.

i also don't believe that will happen, at least i don't want that to happen, i don't think i like the thought of not having actual stores in the 'real world'... people need to go out, stretch their legs, walk, jog, window shop, buy stuff from 'real' stores... :D

I agree, I don't believe that will happen and I hope not. Going out to buy is more enjoyable experience than just by staying in front of your computer at home and buying online. It is important that we get to socialize with others too.

Of course no.. we still love the feeling of purchasing outside, like going to malls to shop.. what would life be if you will just be stuck in your room..

If online marketing and eCommerce will continue to take root in our everyday life in the same manner, then every person in the world won't even imagine his life without a PC and the Internet. And then online commerce and marketing will definitely eliminate our actual stores, because if our communication won't even exist without a computer, so some of the goods' categories will definitely stop their existence. What for do we need parfumes if we communicate with each other with the help of the Internet technologies?

No, I don't think it's going to happen like this. As there are people who don't like online shops at all. They say that it's much more interesting to touch and feel a thing.

I think actual store cannot be closed, we all love to go shopping with friends ad family and its real fun, we order online when we are busy and have no time, but actual shopping is fun

No, I think that the actual store will be still available for the next 25 years and aside from that it will never gone because how can you buy a perfume without smelling it? just and example
